Deposit
Requirements: A three (3) night deposit is charged at the time of booking to
confirm a reservation. The balance of the amount owing is due 60 days prior to arrival date during
high season** and 30 days prior to arrival date during value season*.
Cancellation
and Refunds: We will withhold $150 of the deposit amount as a handling
fee for any cancellation. To receive a refund for
the remainder of the deposit, 60 days notice is required
prior to arrival date during high season** and 30 days
notice is required prior to arrival date during value
season*. Cancellations made within 60 days during high
season** and within 30 days during value season* of
arrival date will not be refunded any prepaid balances.
